Orders will be processed within 14 business days (Business Days are M-F 9-5 excluding holidays) that DOES NOT include shipping. After your order has been shipped you can track your order through your email confirmation. If you have any questions about your order you must contact USPS or (your shipping carrier) for further help on tracking your package.

 We are not responsible for any international taxes, tariffs, or duties charged to customers upon delivery. If your package is returned you will be issued a refund WITHOUT the shipping cost.
